The society is located on the Public Square in Centerville.  Meeting times and operating hours have changed.  Call for the schedule.

They also have books for in office research and for sale.  Call or email for a list.

Dues to join the society are $10 per year.


Hickman County has recently opened the Hickman County Archives.  It is located in the Hickman County Courthouse on  the Centerville Public Square.  You may email the archivist at archives@hickmanco.com .  The phone number is 931.729.6478

Hickman County has a wonderful library that has records and newspapers on microfilm and many historical and genealogical books in its collection
